1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RiseJuCo website (risejuco.com) and platform, operated by Future11 ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

RiseJuCo provides an AI-powered player intelligence platform combined with live combine-style showcase events for junior college (JuCo) soccer players. Our services include:

• AI-powered player profiles and assessments
• Live combine-style showcase events across the USA and Canada
• Player development plans and performance tracking
• Connections between JuCo players, coaches, and 4-year university programs
• Free profile creation for individual players (high school, club, and international)
• Free access for university programs to search and filter player profiles

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to create an account and use our services.

4. Player Profiles and Data

By creating a player profile or participating in a RiseJuCo event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Performance data collected at events (including physical testing results, assessment scores, and video footage) will be used to create and enhance your player profile
• Your player profile and performance data may be made visible to registered JuCo coaches, university coaches, and professional club scouts
• AI-generated assessments and development plans are provided for informational and developmental purposes only
• Participation in events and visibility on the platform does not guarantee recruitment by any university, college, or professional club

5. Coach and Program Accounts

JuCo coaches who register their programs receive player tokens for their roster. Coaches agree to:

• Distribute tokens only to eligible players on their roster
• Use the platform and player data in accordance with applicable athletic regulations
• Not misrepresent player information or assessment data
• Respect the privacy and rights of their players

6. Events and Participation

By registering for and participating in RiseJuCo showcase events, you acknowledge that:

• Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks of injury
• You are physically fit and able to participate in the activities involved
• Video and photographic recording will take place at events
• Event schedules, locations, and formats may be subject to change
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who violate event rules or behave inappropriately

7. No Guarantee of Recruitment

RiseJuCo is a platform designed to provide visibility and verified data to support the recruitment process. However, we do not guarantee that any player will be recruited, offered a scholarship, or selected by any university, college, or professional club. Recruitment decisions are made solely by the recruiting institutions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RiseJuCo website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of RiseJuCo / Future11 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or registration
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseJuCo and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Any content obtained from the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Injuries sustained during participation in events

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RiseJuCo, Future11, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
